James Clifton dip/psych - Psychotherapist & Counsellor James works interpersonally with individuals, couples and groups, within varied settings using an integration of Eastern and Western approaches. He has studied esoteric and eastern spiritual practices in Asia . Worked with groups in conflict in the war torn former Yugoslavia. Supported individuals with HIV and Aids and been professionally involved with issues of homelessness and drug dependency within local organisations and G.P surgery's in London and Brighton. He also facilitates ongoing transformational training programs for men and women, and in 2002, completed a five year Diploma training in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the CCPE in London, he is also is co-founder of the Integral College in Brighton. He is accredited and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Sharon Clifton - Psychotherapy & Counselling Sharon Clifton completed her 4th and final year of training as a Transactional Analyst at Wealdon College in Crowborough in 2006. As well as a general practice, she specialises in and has a passion for women's issues, such as pregnancy, birth, post natal depression, relationships and self empowerment. She is a qualified Doula (trained with Michel Odent in 1999) and a member of the Woman Within community. She has a background in Reiki bodywork and therapeutic massage and has a particular interest in the mind, body, spirit connection. For the last six years she has run an on-site massage Company - Positive Touch.

Sharon and James also offer a unique space whereby they work together in counselling couples whilst honouring the richness and diversity of the masculine and feminine.

They have been married since 1994 and live with their two daughters in Hove, East Sussex.
